Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 11, 2026
Scope
GameQuery was built for KGB Hosting. KGB Hosting is a brand of Cloudnovi, and this policy follows the KGB Hosting privacy baseline for the hosted GameQuery service.
GameQuery and self-hosted Plausible Analytics are both hosted on our own servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
What We Collect
We collect the account email address you provide during registration. We use email only for authentication and account-related transactional emails (for example: login and account security flows).
We do not use advertising pixels, third-party data brokers, or invasive trackers. The only usage analytics in GameQuery is self-hosted Plausible Analytics.
Self-Hosted Plausible Analytics
We run Plausible Analytics on our own servers in Frankfurt, Germany and do not use external analytics vendors. Analytics is used to understand aggregate site traffic and product usage trends so we can improve reliability and UX.
Plausible is configured without ad-tech profiling and without selling visitor data.
Cloudflare Security
We use Cloudflare as a security and edge protection layer in front of the service, including TLS, DDoS protection, bot mitigation, and web application firewall controls.
As part of these protections, Cloudflare may process technical request metadata (such as IP address and user agent) for security, traffic filtering, and abuse prevention.
Queried Hostnames and Server Data
To operate the service, we may store and process queried hostnames, IPs, ports, game types, and related request metadata. This operational data may be used for service security, abuse prevention, rate limiting, cache performance, reliability, and troubleshooting.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share analytics data with advertisers.
Policy Updates
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
